Langham Park Homes works alongside Commissioning Officers who establish the need for Supported Housing, sharing the same goals to provide suitable accommodation located in the heart of communities, for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
We endeavour to operate in a candid, open manner with all parties to ensure shared goals are met. Once needs have been identified by Commissioning Officers and partnerships formed, LPH invests in suitable properties to meet specific bespoke housing requirements.
Having a strong, secure network of partners, we are able to provide equitable investments in partnership with Local Authorities and registered Care Providers, following CQC regulations, whereby clear separation between the landlord and care and support provider is fundamental to enabling individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues to live independently.
