With an increasing number of adults seeking care and support, Housing Associations are being put under immense pressure to provide suitable accommodation. We work closely with Housing Associations to identify specific needs.
Local Authorities identify housing requirements regionally for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. LPH then proceeds to acquire and modify properties within communities to suit specific bespoke requirements
We partner with Housing Associations by creating long-term leases whereby housing costs are covered by housing benefits.
